The Person I Admire is Henry Knox

Henry Knox was born in 1750. He was a military officer in the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War. He was also this countries first Secretary of War. Knox was responsible for the Ticonderoga expedition, which brought cannons all the way from Ticonderoga, New York to Boston Massachusetts and transporting the Continental Army over the Delaware River for the Battle of Trenton.

I admire Henry Knox because he had very little formal military training, most of what he knew he had learned from books.
